Dear friends , we are taking part at the „Berliner Wertewochen Lebensmittel 2016“, the Theme for this year is „Food cultures Berlin“.
According to our motto “ naturally delicious “ we have created a culinary highlight:
‚Portobello mushrooms from the oven with couscous and dried tomatoes‘.
We have added this specialty to our menu, which everyone can enjoy until 01. October.
As always, we are offering a high quality vegan menu. For the creation of the Menu, and the preparation of its components,
we put special emphasis on using: organic materials, sustainable and ecological preparation methods,
that have a qualitative end result which you can taste and see.
